Paradise beach ( Known to be called as Plage Paradiso ) situated in Chunnambar. ‘Paradise’ has earned its name based on the following two factors:
The beautiful part comes when you are on the way to the beach by the ferry, where the mangrove forests are thick and really green. Various activities are present in the boat house just for kids attraction like merry go round and a bouncing castle and also they sell mementos of Pondicherry in the form of T-shirts, Post Cards & Handicrafts. Generally it hardly takes 20 minutes to reach from one end to the beach where each passenger is given a life jackets for safety. Many visitors come to this beach with their family and friends and relax on the sand bar. The water seen through this beach is crystal clear where each grain can be easily seen. Since there are no stay facilities available on this beach, so no accommodation can be given.
